Losses are a natural part of life but some losses hit us hard.

Unfortunately, modern culture has forgotten how to grieve and it has forgotten how to support those who are grieving.

Grieving is a complex process.

 

At any stage, you may feel sad, down, lost, lonely, anxious, irritable or angry. You may also feel numb or that you are not grieving at all. 

 

The reality is that you are entitled to grieve at your own pace and in your own way and it is often helpful to have someone supporting you through this process.
